Hi! I was blog hopping around and landed here. I'm loving your blog and I want to thank you for standing up to Power Bar (even if only in your blog) for all of us newbies! I'm a brand new runner (well, technically haven't even started yet ~ I'll be working on the C25K program as soon as we get back from vacation next week). I'm pretty sure my miles will be in the below pedestrian category according to Power Bar :)
